Processing & Delivery Time
All products are made-to-order, so total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
- Production/Processing: 2 - 4 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7 - 14 business days
- Express Shipping: 6 - 11 business days

- A tracking number is emailed once the order ships
Order Cancellation & Modification
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours (weekdays) or 12 hours (weekends) of placing the order
- After that window, orders are locked and cannot be cancelled
- Approved cancellations incur a 30% administrative fee of the total order value
